About Me
I have a wide range of skills and abilities gained from not only life itself but also from the people I have worked with and the courses I have completed as part of my training.
As in all counselling I cannot offer a cure for your problem - but I will work alongside you offering support and encouragement in order to help you develop and discover your own abilities. In this way you will be able to deal with whatever is causing your difficulty.
I also work for a number of Employee Assistance Programmes.
As an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy I use their ethical framework and commit to their sanctions procedures. This means that my practice has been deemed to meet the standard for a competent, ethical and independent practitioner.
I am a Registered Counsellor in Primary Care and also a United Kingdom Registered Counsellor.

I commit to ongoing training and my own professional development.
I have worked at the GP Practice in Bicester for 19 years doing both NHS and private work and I worked for MIND for 10 years.
I have also done some counselling at Bullingdon Prison, Bicester.
I also work as a Telephone Counsellor for a large employee assistance programme and, in addition, work as an affiliate for them.
